About the role

You'll be a technical anchor on the team — setting direction, raising the bar for quality, and shipping systems that scale to millions. You'll have broad scope and high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and elevate the team's overall capability.
• Make critical technical decisions with long-term impact in mind.
• Collaborate deeply with Product and Design.
• Ship production systems that handle real-world scale.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: backend, infrastructure, or mobile.
• Strong track record of technical leadership.
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.

Compensation

$234.9K – $290K + Offers Equity • Multiple Ranges
