About the role

You'll build the backend systems powering Degen's AI platform — APIs, pipelines, storage, and real-time features. You'll work fast, think in systems, and own your work end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship backend systems for Degen's core product.
• Build reliable, scalable APIs consumed by mobile and web clients.
• Collaborate with AI and infrastructure teams on model delivery.
• Own your services in production — on-call, monitoring, and all.
• Improve developer experience and system observability.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript or Python skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure.
• Comfort shipping fast and iterating in production.

Compensation

$190K – $250K + Offers Equity • Multiple Ranges
