About the role

You'll build and lead Degen's marketing function from the ground up. You'll define how we grow, how we talk, and how we show up in the world.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Degen's go-to-market strategy.
• Build and manage a lean, high-impact marketing team.
• Own brand marketing, growth, and community initiatives.
• Work closely with Product and Design on launches.
• Report directly to the CEO.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience marketing consumer apps or creative tools.
• Strong creative instincts and data fluency.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, 0-to-1 environment.

Compensation

$200K – $260K + Offers Equity • Multiple Ranges
