About the role

You'll own Degen's paid and organic growth channels. You'll run experiments, measure what works, and scale it. You'll be relentlessly curious and fast to act.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition across social and search.
• Run rapid growth experiments across the funnel.
• Analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with Brand and Product on campaigns.
• Track and report on CAC, LTV, and channel performance.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Experience with mobile user acquisition.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and attribution platforms.
• Strong bias toward action and experimentation.

Compensation

$140K – $180K + Offers Equity • Multiple Ranges
